Old Trails Museum in AZ was founded in the year 1997. This specialty museum in Arizona aims to receive, interpret and preserve the information and artifacts which represent the history and culture of the area, to engage and enlighten all visitors at the Old Trails Museum’s exhibits and programs. The museum is operated and owned by the Winslow Historical Society. The museum was originally operated as part of the Winslow Branch in the Navajo County Historical Society.

Phippen Museum is a center for American Western Art. This museum is Mesa's only fully-restored and Victorian era historic home museum.  In the year 1986, the Sirrine Historic House Museum was opened to the public. The museum was built by Joel E. Sirrine for his new bride, Ms. Caroline Simkins. This was the culmination of 6 years of the community support, in terms of both time and money. This was done in order to preserve this part of the Mesa's history.
